Wake Med Cary AHU 2 and 9
The work included replacement of existing AHU-2 a 40,000 CFM air handler with a new custom fan wall air handler. The work also included replacing AHU-9; both units located in an existing penthouse on the 1st Floor roof and include additional capacity for future growth. Exterior ductwork was required in locations across the roof to serve adjacent spaces. This replacement project was performed during off hours, primarily weekends, so as to not affect the owners operations.
