Duties:

As office manager my responsibilities include assisting with many day-to-day operations of the office: accounts payable & accounts receivable, maintaining contracts/job files, providing administrative support to management and PMs, submitting payroll, filing taxes, maintaining office supplies, planning travel, filing reports, billing and assisting customers.

Bio:

I was born and raised in Nashville, NC. I graduated from Northern Nash Senior High in 2003 and married my high school sweetheart in 2004. We traveled with the military for a few years before settling down in Nashville, NC. I joined Allred Mechanical Services in the fall of 2008 as an administrative assistant and was promoted to office manager 2016. I am proud and thankful to be a part of the Allred team. In my free time, I enjoy traveling with my husband, working in my yard, and spending time with family.
